What's the commitment?

Brand Matters is a minimum 12-month partnership. Building and growing a brand, and developing consistency across an entire organisation doesn't happen in a few weeks. It takes time to embed foundations, build team capability, and see the compounding effect of showing up the same way, over and over.

Can I use Brand Matters alongside an agency?

Absolutely. Brand Matters handles the ongoing strategic support, and if you're working with an agency on a bigger campaign, we'll make sure everything stays aligned. That said, most things you'd go to an agency for, we can do in-house with our strategy and design teams, just priced separately.

What if I need additional design work done?

Brand Matters is strategic support, not production, so design work outside our already generous inclusions aren't included in the monthly fee. But as a member, you get access to our design team who can take on additional projects. Same people, same understanding of your brand, just scoped and priced separately.

How many people from my team can be involved?

As many as you need. We work across marketing, comms, sales, people and culture and whoever touches the brand. However, we recommend not having too many points of contact. But we are happy to discuss your needs and requirements with you when we get started.

What happens at the end of the 12 months?

Nothing at all! Most clients continue on with growing and strenghening their brand and their teams. If you don't wish to continue with the program, you'll have stronger foundations, and better systems.
