How many templates do I get?
Alignment includes one basic template per month for your most common needs, typically things like a presentation template, a document template, or a social media template. We'll work with you to identify what's most useful.
What does brand guidelines implementation mean?
We help you apply your existing guidelines consistently across your materials. If you don't have guidelines yet, we can discuss a strategy project to create them.
How does email support work?
You can email us anytime with brand questions, quick reviews, or implementation guidance. We typically respond within 48 hours.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Yes. All Brand Matters partnerships are 12-month commitments. Branding is a long term investment and results compound over time. This give us the best chance to make a real impact for your business.
Can I upgrade to a higher tier later?
Absolutely. If your needs grow, we can move you to Momentum or Transformation at any point.

What's the difference between Alignment and Momentum?
Momentum adds more hands-on support: expanded templates, staff training, competitor monitoring, content review, and priority response times. It's for businesses actively growing where brand needs more active, rather than passive management.
How does competitor monitoring work?
Each quarter, we review 2-3 key competitors' brand activity and positioning. You'll get insights on what they're doing, how you compare, and opportunities to differentiate.
What's included in staff training?
Training sessions for your team on brand implementation, messaging, and how to represent the brand consistently. These happen twice a year and can be tailored to specific teams.
How does monthly content review work?
