FAQs
How do we know if it is time to rebrand?
Down arrow icon
A rebrand may be needed when the organisation has changed but the brand still represents an earlier version of it. Common signs include an outdated identity, inconsistent application, weak differentiation, confusion about how different services fit together or a growing gap between the quality of the work and how the organisation is perceived.
What does a rebranding engagement include?
Down arrow icon
The scope depends on what the organisation needs, but a rebrand generally includes research, strategic direction, visual identity design, brand guidelines and implementation planning. It may also include brand architecture, audience work, templates, priority communications and internal rollout support.
Do we need a brand strategy before developing the identity?
Down arrow icon
Every strong identity needs a clear strategic foundation. If your existing strategy remains relevant, we can validate and build from it. If the organisation has changed or the direction is unclear, the required strategy work can form the first phase of the rebrand.
Will we lose the recognition we have already built?
Down arrow icon
A rebrand should not discard valuable recognition simply to create something new. We assess which parts of the existing brand still carry meaning and equity, then make deliberate decisions about what should remain, evolve or change.
